Lovely coffee!

Now the nice thing about Colombian (I think) is that it is an interesting mix of strong and mild. You get an initial clean clear taste but it is followed by a burst of rich full flavour. Perfect for households where a compromise is needed!

I'd like to be able to tell you a little bit more about this coffee. But I can't! Well it is an Estate grown coffee, it cupped well and the beans look good. The coffee is shade grown the Estate is "eco friendly" and the workers all receive State set minimum wages. Hopefully more information will follow!
